I need to get mine sorted mine is way to stiff at the back and to soft at the front. hoping someone can guid me on how to set it up correctly

Well I finally did it and got the bike I always wanted. completely blown away with the bike. couple of things I want to get and change and I?m hoping you guys and your experience can help.
