Well i'm back home now, What a fantastic bike! Set off at 10 this morning and headed off to the lakes, unfortunatley it pissed down on way, so I headed towards Harrogate/Knaresborough. Then out towards Tadcaster, and called at Squires in Sherburn for a bacon butty. Back to dealers via Leeds...

I have booked a test ride tomorrow at Alan Jefferies at Baildon, West Yorkshire. Can't wait. Just finished cleaning my kit. Got one of there demonstrator S1000 RR's from 10 till 5. Might have a ride out to the Lake District. Hopefully it won't piss down! Sturge

Well I've sold the R1 today, got a deposit and the bloke is picking it up on Saturday. Looks like I will be spending the next few days trawling t'internet for some bikes to go look at!
