I got it via Ebay ?115 pounds Easy enough to fit if a bit fiddly But take your time and use lots of the lube they supply And it's not that hard Takes about 3 hrs as there are about 26 separate bits from memory

In reply to olis question Spirited road riding is what I like to do. And favourite experience on the R1 well it was a 2001 model So it was keeping up with and in some cases in front of much newer and much more expensive superbikes .
