I've just received my new S1000RR port and was told the recall is to do with the oil cooler something about the pipes fracturing i'm still waiting for my recall letter!!

Hi all - just taken receipt of my New 2019 BMWS1000RR Sport, and noticed the pillion seat has only 2 luggage straps underneath for securing a luggage bag to. my previous S1000RR (2016) had 4 straps which secured the Krieger bag I had securely. now with only 2 straps an additional strap is needed...

Hi alex sorry meant SC2's i'm getting them at the track day I have ordered some tyre warmers so should be ok.

yeh I know you really need track tyres to be using tyre warmers, i've never had to use to date, but getting some Pirelli SC2's so will probably give them a warm before setting of down the track!

appreciate all the info glad I joined up, i've made the plunge and ordered some tyre warmers so will probably give the Pirelli SC V3's a go, i'll keep you posted with how I get on

Hi just joinedthe forum, I ordered mine in Nov 18 and only just managed to get a test ride on the weekend. They recon i'm looking at september! However after the test ride I am please to say it will be worth the wait!
