Hats off to Allan Jeffries - they travelled about 1.5 hours to pick the bike up, and about the same distance to drop it off again a few days later. Replaced the left hand switchgear under warranty. I now have working indicators!

The green flashing light on the dash is a dead giveaway :) There was nothing 90% of the time.

I took the bike out today for an essential journey to the shops and found that the indicators weren?t working. As this is the 1st time the bike has been out of the garage since i bought it late last year, it took a few mins for the memories to come back. I remember the indicators only worked 1...

Finally stopped pacing up and down waiting for the delivery guy to arrive. Thanks to Garry at Evotech for shipping these out and doing me a deal (returning my old un-used Evotech bar ends).

The last book I read cover to cover is something called "The Intelligence Trap" by David Robson - very interesting from a self-reflecting perspective (for me anyway). He's got a good style of writing, almost conversational, which makes it easy to read although its fairly dry and statistics based...

My tyres were supposed to be delivered yesterday (ordered from M&P) but DPD had issues, so they?re going to be here on the 4th. M&P must have stock and I know Demon Tweeks were able to ship straight away too (I didn?t use these as the delivery cost made them a couple of quid more than M&P).

Welcome onboard :) That's a bit of an up-scale from a 400 kwaker to a 200+ bhp M .. Make sure you hold on! Is that the M-sport, or the _actual_ "M" .. if it's the M, then I'm jealous and will probably not speak to you further :)

Only because I want to get out on the bike, and the racetek tyres that it has on it are probably shite in the current weather and temps. Even if they're 'ok' the fact that between my ears I know they're not optimum will probably have me riding like wuss, so it's probably more of a confidence...

I just ordered a set of Metzeler M9 RR's to go on the new beastie (will be selling the racetek's with 40 miles on them if anyone is interested). Bought them from M&P with a 10% discount code - came in at 240 delivered (dunno when they'll be here though - im in no rush - it's baltic outside!)
