Does the traction control still work when in slick mode?

Thanks for replies. I thought I would check as I have never had a bike getting hot that quick before. Last summer I put it down to the weather being hot but yesterday it was the same even though it was cooler.

My fan comes on within about 30 seconds when I stop. Coolant is fine. It runs in the 80 deg mark when riding but as soon as I stop the temp goes up really quick. Is that norm on a S1000? Or could it be my radiator cover causing it?

I don't know if I should get a cheap track bike or just use my S1000.

Thanks for comments . I was going to do a few trackdays on it but spent to much on it now and I don't want to put it in the gravel so I am looking for a cheap track bike now.

It's not a straight fit you will have to do some mods
