  • At the moment really unsure which was to go? Love the look of the S1000RR but love the soundtrack of the RSV.
Also RSV is £17,500 whereas the S1000RR with Akro system is £22,100 (£4,600 extra)
Let me know how you get on with your s1000RR to try and help me decide which way to go.

    Thanks
    Richard
    Evening Warren
    Many thanks for your message.
I’ve had a 2016 RSV4-RF from new which was recently written off after a car took me out. I had a full Akrapovic system and race tune fitted and loved it. Spent a bit of fine on track including when I worked part time as a track day instructor. Had a few Ducati’s but kept blowing engines and gearboxes on track.
Love the sound and performance of the RSV 1100 Factory however the front end looks dated particularly with the Matt black paint. However every time I rode the bike I absolutely love it and have also been offered a new one for £17,500 (£4K off).
My S1000RR Mororsport should be build next week and arrive at the dealer mid October. If I decide to keep the S1000RR will be getting a full titanium Akrapovic fitted.
    Hi Richerd,
he loves it. He has spent a fortune on it from that Gino guy on FB though he's only just managed the running in miles.
He took it to Silverstone last week. A free trackday courtesy from Aprillia. He wasn't at his best on it yet as it was still in full road trim.
He's also had a full system and map put on the other day.

I pick My M Sport up on Saturday though I have been close to cancelling due to the dealer being very lax. I would of too but there's not much about I'm interested in at the moment. After my experience with the MV I vowed never to buy Italian again.
One thing he has said is the fixings are made of cheese on the ape but that was true of MV as well.

    Cheers Warren

I can't say too much more at the moment as I've not seen him.
