Do the BMW side panels not have vents? Or am I miss-reading it and it's only the Bellypan which is BMW?

You are right Alex, the side panels would have metal grilles on them and the rear hugger doesn't have the hole either. To a saddo like me I can tell OEM by looking at the weave, spent too much time applying Uberwax to my collection of carbon.
I really must get out more.
