2010 S1000 resale values

Hi everyone, newbie here.

I've owned a 2010 S1000rr sport since March 2010 brand new and I'm looking to sell it, I've noticed a few kicking about for sale on autotrader and been trying to sell mine, I've got it listed at £9k which on autotrader values seems at the bottom of the scale in terms of sale price.

However it's not selling, and all I've had are offers at £8.5k for it. How have you lot, or those having sold their S1000rr found the re-sale values?

I'd take 8500 for it if i was you assuming its MS with all the bits
