Picked my S1000RR up yesterday

Hi guys, I had a 2010 thunder grey S1K but due to buying a house it had to go, now i am all in and settled i had to get another and found this red & white 2012 one with 6k miles at a BMW dealer... So i went for it and picked her up yesterday, all i have done is added rim tape, small plate and R&G paddock bobbins, I plan to get a rear seat cowl, dark tint DB screen, exhaust and powder coat the wheels white.

Very impressed with the midrange on the newer 2012 models, something i thought my 2010 lacked, all in all... very happy!

Looks great mate, just be careful if you use a front stand with that rear stand as the rear tyre is only just clear of the ground with that stand you're using

Midrange feels better as the 2012+ has shorter gearing.

It's why one of the recommended mods on the <2012 is a different rear sprocket.
