A sleeper R1. Looks stock enough to blend in... Until you see the spec.

A Subaru Impreza TD04 Turbo attached to modified Akra headers making 270bhp @ the rear.
Power commander 3
Power commander LCD Display on yoke
Gizzmo IBC boost controller with 4 presets
Begi fuel regulator
one off custom aluminium plenum chamber
MKS air filter
50mm Tial dump valve
scavenge pump
Arrow conrods
vernier cams
cosmetic gaskets
JE low comp pistons
adjustable camchain adjusters
full titanium Akrapovic system
uprated fuel pump
uprated injectors
modified and uprated clutch
Barnett clutch springs

You might think all that it's made for is straight lines, But this bike was made for maneuverability too, so the following were added.

BST carbon fibre road/race wheels
Titanium unsprung weight bolt kit
Ohlins road/Track forks
Ohlins fully adjustable rear shock
PFM 6 pot calipers
PFM cast iron discs
Brembo 19x18 master cylinder
Spring steering damper
PP tuning clipons
PP tuning rearsets
CRG supersport clutch lever
front and rear braided lines
Carbon hugger
carbon chainguard
carbon mudguard
carbon swingarm covers
braketech cast iron rear brake disc
DID ZVM heavy duty chain
Renthal sprocket
R&G tail tidy
HRC brake reservoir

All in all, this bike is ridiculously fun to ride, will wheelie by rolling throttle even in 5th! and the G force when the boost starts at 6k literally pulls your arms off.

Christ - That's proper mental :)
Some well chosen parts...I expect MotoGP laptimes with that much power!

How do you go about insuring something like that? "Any modifications to the standard specification sir?", er.... I can't imagine the call centre even beginning to understand what you are talking about, is it through a specialist?

Lovely bike lots of toys I was seriously thinking of getting my R6 turbo,d by Jack Frost hole shot Motorsport I'd say that's who built yours! What's it like to go

To look at it and take pictures and post them all over the place

Seeing as I've booked a trackday on it next week it shows I use it for what it was built for, as for taking photo's all over the place it just shows that I actually use my bike instead of building something and doing 200 miles a year. I love my bikes mate that's why I don't have a car.

Bikes is still in standard trim, But I have a few ideas in the pipeline to start to bring the bike away from the 'sleeper' state it's in.

few problems so far, bike wasn't charging while riding, strip down revealed a very very poorly stator. replaced and back on the road.

had a brilliant day, unfortunately my fork seals blew in the first few sessions which coated the front discs/calipers and even my tire in oil which resulted in me losing the front at goddards, as soon as it tucked I managed to pick the bike up with my knee unfortunately the turbo cage took a walloping and I had to mend it on my break.

had to keep wiping the forks and front end after every session but I still enjoyed it. Next time I'll go more prepared as I was still using my road tyres (2CT) and had no tire warmers, I expect softer tires would have made me more confident.
