Held Titan Gloves

Picked up a pair of Held Titans this week. Did a couple of hundred miles with them yesterday and found them to be very comfortable. Good ventilation. Fit is good and protective features are excellent, I hope I don't get to try them out.

I been using Held this season and last. I have 2 pairs Titan gloves and 2 Held Slade suits. Brilliant fit and quality.
I did have a pair of the race boots but they had to be returned due to the stitching failing on the zip.

Yes I am a big fan of the brand too. The white gloves I wanted were out of stock, turned out held have modified the glove this year (small differences tbh), and when I popped in to pick them up after shipping from Germany the held uk chap was in store and explained about the kangaroo skin and how it doesn't give (on purpose) and that the gloves have a gel underneath the knuckle armour that moulds to your profile after wearing in, to spread any impact over a wider area... Etc. love it.

Do you still rate these gloves? I'm not sure whether to go for these, or Daniese D1 full metal.

I've tried the D1 full metal ones on, and they seemed nice and comfy, but can't find anywhere in Glasgow to try on a set of Held Titan evo

I still use my titans and yes I do still rate them. Ideally you do need to try a pair for fit and feel before committing as they're not cheap. If you can't find any to try I would stay with the Daniese.

That's why I'm erring more towards the Dainese. Might try finding somwhere I can order them from that will accept returns if they aren't a comfy fit for me. Do you use them for road riding?

Yes I do when it's warm and dry .

That would be any seller in the UK (and I'm pretty sure the EU) that engages in distance selling.

Soof, ever get any blistering on a track day from them? I find my Alpinestar SP-2's blister the pad bit below the 2nd/3rd (middle/ring) when wearing for a long time... Really puts me off when I'm watching pornhub

I can imagine lol.

No mate, no issues whatsoever. The only reason I don't wear them for every day riding is because it's not warm enough . I find them very comfortable, great feel, as they should be, a second skin.

I'm in Glasgow the now, and called into firecrest yesterday. They don't have any in stalk, and can't get black ones till October!!!

I'll have a look on their, used them before, and don't rip me off with delivery to the isles
