Is my bike limited?

Ive only recently got my bike but im not sure if it is restricted to 155mph... is this possible or was it just my riding? To be honest I didnt try to push it any further, I remember seeing 155mph and its got me thinking!

On a hpi check the bike has not been registered overseas (thinking it was a german import) it was a Vines of Guildford bike.

Any thoughts on this? How can I de-restrict the bike, if it is??

NB. Tests were done on a safe track environment.

UK bikes are not restricted, just Twist a bit more.

Maybe you need an aftermarket exhaust to give you more power

Can you remember whether you were near the red line ?

Did you get out of 4th?

I've had it near the red line and in 6th if that helps?

You could be right guys, more throttle and more twist could be the answer lol.

Is it possible vines have imports??

I am currently in Germany on tour and I can confirm that on the autobahn MIT luggage the s1k does a min of 178mph (GPS speed) and it was on a slight uphill !

Vagazzel mode sounds fun!

I have no doubt these bikes can do 180 but can mine?! Surely it's a UK bike and is not restricted

As far as Im aware the only EU ones that are restricted are the French and thats a HP of 100 (iirc). So I'm sure its not that one, you would have noticed.
