Just to say "hi". Just took delivery of a saphire black S1000RR (with heated grips!). First impressions? Aweseom bike, very stable as the handlebars are nice and wide. The bike came with Conti Sport Attack 2 tyres which don't have any release agent, so have run in really quickly. So far they feel really nice, plenty of grip, despite the cold weather!

There are a lot of mixed views regarding the Contis, although the Attack 2s are a huge improvement over the originals. I've got a set of Attack 2's on mine at the moment (bike came with them) and have had no problems whatsoever despite the not-so-favourable conditions. Appear to have plenty of grip for the road but I'll give them a proper test when on the track in May :woot: I'll let you know how it goes

Cant comment on those tyres in particular but the Racetec K3's were very very good considering the awful temps on Friday at Cadwell.

And so did i yesterday!! I would also have liked a heated seat too!!
