[h=2]Well having wanted one since day one but didn't want to pay 14k, today was the day i picked myself up a S1000RR, on a 10 plate with 8K miles and FBSH.

Full sport packaged with DTC, ABS, 4 MODES, Quickshifter & BMW factory alarm from new.

Extras included:

HP Rearset
HP Folding Levers
R&G Tail tidy,Bar ends ,Aero Crash Bungs ,Rear Paddock Stand Cotton Reels ,and Front spindle protector
Puig double bubble black screen & Emrex screen
PCV with custom map to full system
Akrapovic Evo Full Titanium Exhaust with Short Pipe & longer pipe (got both in sale)
196.77 BHP at the rear wheel with printout to prove it

All i can say at this point is WOW, the electronics ABS, DTC ect works brilliantly absolutley amazing, and the power and handling, well.... just in a new leaugue IMO

Few little snaps from phone but the question is, which exhaust do i keep - i picked it up with this can on the full system:

But this shorty akara and link pipe was also included, in your opinion what suits it best????

I think the larger can is old school but it looks better although its nice not to have the hanger coming off the rear subframe..Nice Bike

If you decide to keep the shorty and sell the link pipe and longer can can I have first refusal please dude?

New bike looks lush - glad you got yourself sorted nice and quick.

Had a blat on mine today and I can't bring myself to part with it!!

Glad you like your new ride but it needs a longer bellypan just to finish it off but thsrs just my opinion :stupid:

Just get a TecBike cat cover Chris. Cheap solution if you can't stretch to a full bellypan.

Shorty. If the long can was carbon might go the other way but as it is definately the shorty

its got to be the long one the stubby is soooo yesterday.it would look better in carbon on a black bike though, and i would fit belly pan extensions too to fill in the gap.

I couldnt decide either when i bought my bike but ended up with the longer carbon can but tbh it was a bit long so i cut 3 inch off its the best option as the short one looks to short and the long can to long where as mine now looks just about right imo

I like the shorty look with a long bellypan, but it won't pass noise on a TD so I had to go for the long one on my trackbike.
