Hello to everyone on the forum.

Just bought a 2011 BMW S1000RR model a few weeks ago. It is a big change for me as my other bike is a 2007 Honda CBR1000RR. I think that i have done the best option.

Hi Scorpion. What do you find are the biggest differences between the Blade and the S1K? Was there a specific reason for the change?

Hi swyatt2170. The specific reason was the design and the specifications of the S1K. The biggest differences are the quick shifter and the power delivery. The Fireblade steering damper is bether.

Welcome mate, like you i had an 06 blade before the Beemer. Totally agree with you about the damper but that's the only thing it did better! Enjoy the bike & forum
