Ohlins shock fitting instructions needed.

Evening all, I'm about to head off into the garage to fit my new shock befor she puts te bloody x-factor on :-\ :'(

Has anyone come across any fitting instructions - particularly torque setting etc.

Also, what's the base setting for the shock so I can check them before I fit it on?

It's all on and torqued down ;D

I could still do with the base settings if you could dig them out for me?

From what I've read people say about 4 is equal to the stock damper.
