Carbon Wingletts

Well i have looked all over the net looking for them and the only ones I can find are illmberger ones, very nice product but £300 no fooking way...

so tonight i have given mine a coating of 3M 1080 carbon vinyl both sides covered what do you think?

Looks excellent. In "the flesh" does it look obvious its not carbon as plastic "carbon look" is utter shite.

Care to do mine?

1080 is the best stuff I have used yes I will do yours price would be £50

The vinyl costs £ 70 a square metre plus they will take me an hour or so....

Only joking mate.

I suspected the vinyl would be expensive and i sure as hell don't have the talent to be able to apply it cleanly!

I may well take you up on the kind offer! I'll have a think and be in touch.

done a good job there fella......but, although i know i will be the minority, on this occassion prefer the cheap plastic originals. like carbon but it can be over kill. i mean in general chorsley not having a dig at you mate.

I prefer stock plastic ones, it's not must have for me but if someone have removed them or replaced them with carbon once I might be happy to take care of them ;D

Found a cheeper place to order the racefoxx wingletts!! use Amazon.de they will also let you use your Amazon.co.uk account detials; you will have to translate the pages to english though (unless you speak German). Total bill including VAT and postage and packaging £47.52. ;D ;D

I'm ordering the ilmberger side panels mate, they don't have the holes for the winglets IIRC.
