can somebody tell me how wide the frame is around the rear seat unit area where it would screw in by the seat? from the outside edge of the subframe to the opposing outside edge of the subframe on the other side

im assuming all those red marks will be the same width of subframe?
also on the middle red line what are those screws for? also lastly any pictures of the rear seat unit, frame etc of your bike if you have a 2012 will be very welcome, its all information for a project im thinking of, i can't afford all the bits and bobs yet but just want to guage how much chopping and cutting etc is needed..to create a new 'project' type bike...if i ever complete the idea i'll show you guys what i did to your beloved bmw designs haha
it will involve an underseat exhaust, but possibly not a bmw bike so no bmw number plate bracket...so its all very exciting idea wise, i just hope cost doesnt kill the idea off...
