This is a new one on me - whats it for?
It's for emissions, but a rack bike doesn't need it.
BBB are you asking if anyone has a kit to remove/block off? Or just to know if its worth it? (I doubt it beyond weight saving).

I doubt you need a kit. From I was told, you just need to block off one hose from the pump and let the other 2 that attach to canister loose.
But just want to double check that.
