Fat handle bar grips?

I remember years ago I had some 'grab on' thicker grips fitted to my old CB900F.

Has anyone tried the thicker type grips they advertise these days on their SK1?

I have big hands and thicker grips may stop aching fingers on long journeys - maybe?

Any ideas - or should I just 'man up'?!

8K miles since 010312 - anyone beat that?

Heated grips will make 'em thicker... and you get heated grips! Unless you have a fancy 2012 model!

Bough mine with 2000miles on the clock in March. Now just flipped over the 9k mark. Seamless & sublime.

Yes I have, there is a thread on here Grip Puppies, they are good and reduce vibrations too, miles about 5k this year but very wet miles I have too say
