Action shots from Snett track day 29 July '12.

OZ Aluminium Piega wheels. Lighter than stock and look much better. I didn't think the silver/gold combo would work. It looks better than I thought it would 8).

Thunder Grey  ? It's mineral silver...the fastest color out there ;D .

I painted the tank to match the rest of the paint.

$2066 and that included shipping/rear sprocket. Purchased from Hard Racing back in the states. Shipped to me via Unites States Postal Service (USPS). Think that price is cheaper...way cheaper than what HPS is offering them at. Hard Racing beat a price for me that's why I got it at such a good deal. I think it retails for around $2299.

What would you guys get charged if you bought those wheels from the states, tax wise?

thats what i was about to ask , Im pretty sure it a dry bumming actually.
So how would us poor english folk be fixed for getting the same deal you got :):):):)
Don't you need a set for wets and intermediates , you can never have too many wheels ;)

After yesterdays Track day I def need a set for wets.

1:55 just as the call went out for the afternoon session, and as I walked to the pit to get ready, heavens opened.

Putting wets on my wheels would have missed that session so decided not to bother. Cut a long story short after the initial downpoor, it kept stopping then another shower. Missed all afternoon.

Off the top of my head, its something like 25% Customs Duty, then VAT (another 20%).

Get with Hard Racing. If they can hook you up I can assist with services. I will not pay for shipping. If I'm accused of not shipping out an item or item being damaged I will not be held accountable for it. I establish a flat rate for the wheels shipping/insured/verified through Royal mail for £45. Wheels come in one box with rear sprocket (you must tell HR what size sprocket.)

PM if interested.

"Motorcycle Parts has an import duty rate of 3.7% and VAT rate of 20%."
