Any of you have fitted a tracking device?

If yes I would be keen to hear some advice/opinion about what systems are deemed to be the most appropriate. I am leaning towards the tracker one using all 3 possible means of transmission.

Thank you!

I have a rlink system which is an alarm and tracking system.

The tracking is done by logging on to a website.

The rlink sends texts/ alerts to pc/ smartphone and then you have to react.

I would go for a system does the monitoring for you.

Apart from tracker, you have biketrac, acutrac, wetrackbikes, TraKING.

I wanted an alarm aswell and the rlink was the one that fitted the bill for me.

I went for Trakking which is just a tracker and you can log onto a website to see location. It is constantly tracked and if moved you get text alert, but if goes out of 100m radius police are called.
It gives me piece of mind as my bike is located in a lock up away from my house so i can always see where it is.

are your tracking systems 3ways (GPS/GSM/RF) ? The reason I'm asking is, I was looking at http://www.mtrackonline.co.uk/ but I'm not happy with paying for something all my life and if I don't want to pay to find out it is useless, so I'm after something like their system with motion detection not just geofence and GPS/GSM/RF location but without subscription.
