Looking good mate

Omg the noise, pops and bangs, chuckling like a school boy.
And the turn in, good grief it feels nimble.

Cameras set and data logger primed for session 2.

Good. Make sure you get data overlay with the track map

2 sessions in, starting to get to know the track. Bike is performing really well.

Still got the OEM pads in so not going to attack the braking zones.

Just happy to be here and stringing a session together.

OEM Brake Pads

You'll be surprised at just how good the OEM brake pads actually are so don't let that put you off braking harder and later as you progress through your sessions.

We are still using stock pads and switched back to stock master in racing mate. The only weak point will be the fluid.
I've put the donnington video on as a link, the brakes work OK there ;-);-)

Brake correctly, small application to transfer weight, then a nice big hand full, release 70% and tip in, trailing a little to hold the line required. Apex and power on hard :):)

Racetec RR K3's were nice and stable today. No real dramas. Probably cause I'm not going fast enough [emoji16]

Having the CompK RR's fitted overnight before starting a big day with Mr. Crafar.

Bike has been faultless, save for the shift bracket coming loose at one point. Loctited the bugger now.

Wrong call having the rubber fitted over night. Means you will waste 2 cycles before your up to speed. Should always do first 2 sessions on old shit.

Don't throw that rubber away. That's got morning or track learning written all over it.
