Thanks Alex. Spoke to my dealer and they suggested the same but more rudimental on header to spray water and see if one did not evaporate. Going to get some STP Ultra 5 in 1 as well.
Hey all. So after all the starter clutch and stater / rectifier issues she is now running but at start sounds like a cross plane R1. She does start but is almost reluctant to get going unless given extra revs. Once warm is barely noticeable and also hardly tell over 5k rpm. Any ideas?
Ok. Anyone managed to get the bloody thing off the bike without removing the rear shock? Space is too tight to get tools in 🤬. Instructions would be gratefully received
So after trying new bearings ended up with a second hand one from Phil Crowe. Sorted the starting but now have charging issue. Battery loses charge. Swear she is scared of hitting 100k 🤬
So get to the finish line of the 100k (99500) and believe the starter motor clutch as gone. Can anyone advise on difficulty to replace or repair
